Frank Bradtke, DNP-L, RN, NEA-BC joined the Chicago Family Health Center Leadership Team as Chief Operations Officer in January 2018. In this role he has primary oversight of all health center operations including patient care, programs, and clinical and support staff.  Mr. Bradtke is also be responsible for interfacing with all CFHC partner organizations such as hospitals, community and government agencies, other Federally Qualified Health Centers and funders.  He comes to CFHC from Advocate Trinity Hospital where he served as Director of Operations since 2015. He has also served as Director of Patient Care Services at Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Harvey, IL and as Assistant Chief Nursing Officer at CHS/Porter Health System in Valparaisio, IN.  Mr. Bradtke received a Doctor of Nursing Practice-Leadership from St. Francis Medical Center, College of Nursing in Peoria, IL and a Master of Science in Administration from Notre Dame University in Notre Dame, IN.
