Chicago Family Health Center Announces New Home for East Side ClinicTo better serve the residents on the far southeast side of Chicago, Chicago Family Health Center will relocate its East Side center by fall 2009. Over the last year, CFHC has operated a school-based health center within George Washington High School.

Renovations on the building, located at 10536 S. Ewing Avenue, began in June 2009. Once renovations are complete, the newly relocated center will have several exam rooms, laboratory, a reception area, nurse’s station, and offices for medical case management and social services. The new site will provide comprehensive medical and dental services to community members regardless of their insurance status.
