CHICAGO FAMILY HEALTH CENTER, EAST SIDE LOCATION TO STAY OPEN LATE ON WEDNESDAYS

Chicago Family Health Center East Side, 10536 S. Ewing is expanding its hours on Wednesdays. Beginning April 14, 2010, the East Side health center will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. every Wednesday, in an effort to accommodate patients’ schedules.

Chicago Family Health Center provides vital health and wellness programs that promote healthy living including prenatal care, pediatrics, women’s health, diabetes programs, dental care, immunizations and much more. Call 773-768-5000 to make an appointment at the Chicago Family Health Center East Side location or any of its three other sites: South Chicago, Roseland and Pullman.

Chicago Family Health Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid of Illinois, private insurance and various HMO plans. The health center will also work with you to provide discounted fees for services, based individuals’ and family’s incomes.
