Leisa Mosley joined Chicago Family Health Center in 2015 as Human Resources Manager. Currently as HR Director, Ms. Mosley continues to rebuild the department using HR Capacity Building Priorities as outlined by the Taproot Foundation, focusing heavily on recruitment and retention at every level of the organization. She came to CFHC with over 20 years of senior management experience in the non-profit sector, most recently serving as Founding Business Manager for Chicago Collegiate Charter Schools and as the Vice President of Administration for Jane Addams Hull House Association. In this role, Ms. Mosely supported the Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Facilities and Administration departments throughout 40 sites, 65 programs and with 350 employees. Her undergraduate studies were in Computer Information Systems and Accounting at Davenport University in Grand Rapids, MI with graduate studies in Public Administration – Nonprofit Management at the University of Michigan. Leisa is a member of the Chicago Women in Philanthropy and currently serves as a mayoral-appointed Commissioner with the City of Chicago Human Relations Commission.
