integral, continua y centrada en la relaci\u00f3n con el paciente a lo largo de toda su vida. Me esfuerzo por atender a cada paciente como una persona en su totalidad, reconociendo que la salud no solo depende de factores biol\u00f3gicos, sino tambi\u00e9n psicol\u00f3gicos, sociales y ambientales. Doy prioridad a establecer relaciones terap\u00e9uticas a largo plazo con los pacientes y sus familias, ya que la continuidad y la confianza son esenciales para una atenci\u00f3n eficaz. A trav\u00e9s de estas relaciones, intento entender qu\u00e9 es lo m\u00e1s importante para cada persona e incorporar sus valores, preferencias y objetivos en la toma de decisiones conjunta. Mi pr\u00e1ctica se centra en la prevenci\u00f3n, la intervenci\u00f3n temprana y el tratamiento cuidadoso tanto de las enfermedades agudas como de las cr\u00f3nicas. Me centro en ofrecer una atenci\u00f3n basada en la evidencia, pero siempre personalizada, reconociendo que las directrices sirven de gu\u00eda \u2014pero no sustituyen\u2014 a la atenci\u00f3n centrada en el paciente.
