Chidinma Osineme, MD, FAAFP, joined Chicago Family Health Center in 2024 as Chief Medical Officer. In this role, Dr. Osineme will oversee clinical operations and more than 25 medical providers while providing strategic guidance and collaborative support to advance our mission.

Dr. Osineme brings a wealth of experience in family medicine and leadership to our organization. She holds an M.D. from Howard University College of Medicine and completed her undergraduate studies in Neurobiology Physiology at the University of Maryland, College Park. Dr. Osineme has a robust background, including her recent roles as Medical Director at PCC Community Wellness in Chicago and as an Associate Program Director at Carilion Clinic VTC Family Medicine Residency.

Her expertise spans across various domains such as maternal and child health, addiction medicine, and academic medicine. She is also an accomplished lecturer and published author in family medicine.
