Stephanie Willding was named Chief Officer for Strategy, Planning and Development in September 2016 after serving as CFHC Director of Development and Communications for one year. She is responsible for developing the organization’s short and long-term strategies for programs, as well as overseeing the Development and Communications, Facilities and Call Center departments. Ms. Willding also works with programs/services expansion and planning, community outreach and partnership development.  She has extensive experience in non-profit management, fundraising, marketing, event planning, grants administration and program development. She joined CFHC after serving as Executive Director of the East Village Youth Program, and after five years at Erie Family Health Center, Inc., another FQHC in Chicago where she served as Individual Giving Manager and in other fundraising and development roles.  She has a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a B.A. from DePaul University in Chicago
