Conveniently located to serve Chicago’s east side communities, Chicago Family Health Center (CFHC) East Side provides medical services for all ages. We offer primary medical care for children and adults, as well as, prenatal care and women’s health services, behavioral health services, vaccines and flu shots, HIV testing, and STI testing and treatment.

In addition to outstanding healthcare services, we offer support services for the whole family including care coordination and assistance with insurance and Medicaid benefits. Our bilingual staff can assist you in both English and Spanish.

CLINIC HOURS:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday – 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

2nd and 4th Saturday of the month – 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
