Chicago Family Health Center (CFHC) East Side provides medical services for all ages. We offer primary medical care for children and adults, as well as, prenatal care and women’s health services, behavioral health services, vaccines and flu shots, HIV and STI testing and treatment.
In addition to outstanding healthcare services, we offer support services for the whole family including care coordination and assistance with insurance and Medicaid benefits. Our translation services can assist you in a variety of languages.
Our highly skilled doctors and medical staff are dedicated to providing you and your family with compassionate care. As your neighborhood health center, we are proud to have provided accessible and affordable medical care to the community for years, and will continue to provide the highest quality healthcare to anyone in need, regardless of their ability to pay.
Clinic Hours
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday – 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
2nd & 4th Saturday of the month – 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
If you have a medical problem that needs attention after clinic hours, we have staff on call 24 hours a day at 773-768-5000.
