Chicago Family Health Center (CFHC) Roseland proudly serves the south side, providing accessible, affordable and high quality health care for those in need. We offer primary medical care for children and adults, as well as prenatal care and women’s health services, OB/GYN, behavioral health services, vaccines and flu shots, HIV testing and STI testing and treatment.

In addition to outstanding healthcare services, we offer support services for the whole family including care coordination, Healthy Start and assistance with insurance and Medicaid benefits. Our translation service can assist you in a variety of languages.

Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

NO SAURDAY HOURS. If you need a Saturday appointment visit our Pullman Health Center, 570 E. 115th St. for care. Appointments available between 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. every Saturday.

Need a Holiday Appointment?

Starting Labor Day 2026 (September 7) CFHC South Chicago & Pullman will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July and Labor Day.

Same-day availability is limited. Appointments are encouraged.
