Chicago Family Health Center (CFHC) in Chicago Lawn proudly serves as a premier healthcare clinic and medical home for the residents of the Southwest Side of Chicago.

We offer primary medical care for children and adults, as well prenatal care and women’s health services, OB/GYN, behavioral health services, vaccines and flu shots, HIV and STI testing and treatment.

In addition to outstanding healthcare services, we offer support services for the whole family including care coordination and assistance with insurance and Medicaid benefits. Our translation services can assist you in a variety of languages.

Clinic Hours

Monday to Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
2nd & 4th Monday of the month – 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

NO SAURDAY HOURS. If you need a Saturday appointment visit our South Chicago Health Center, 9119 S. Exchange Ave. for care. Appointments available between 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. every Saturday.

Need a Holiday Appointment?

Starting Labor Day 2026 (September 7) CFHC South Chicago & Pullman will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July and Labor Day.

Same-day availability is limited. Appointments are encouraged.
