Chicago Family Health Center (CFHC) accepts many payment options including Medicaid, Medicare, and many insurance plans. For those without insurance, including children, we offer convenient, low-cost easy payment options on a sliding scale.

It is our mission to provide quality healthcare to all, regardless of your ability to pay. If you do not have insurance, we have many programs to help you. The care we provide is affordable and accessible. We accept cash, checks and credit cards at the time of your visit, and we can help you with a flexible payment plan that is right for you.

Patients who do not have insurance may qualify for our discount fee program, which is based on your household income and family size. Depending on your situation, you may save 25 percent to 100 percent off our regular fees. For more information about the program, please ask any front desk staff member to refer you to a Patient Financial Counselor.
