At Chicago Family Health Center (CFHC) we encourage all men to have a Primary Care Provider and to come in for regular check-ups.  We provide confidential, professional treatment for a variety of men’s health needs, and offer a full array of health and wellness programs that address the three pillars of good health including: Primary, Behavioral and Dental Care.

Our medical and clinical staff will also work with men to develop and maintain healthy lifestyle choices such as eating healthy and incorporating physical activity into daily routines as well as managing risky behavior, including excessive drinking, smoking or engaging in unprotected sex.

We provide:

• STD/STI and HIV Testing:Testing for chlamydia, genital warts (HPV), gonorrhea, hepatitis B, herpes, HIV/AIDS, syphilis and trichomoniasis.

• Smoking cessation:No form of tobacco is safe to use. We offer information on how to quit smoking for good, as well as programs that that can help men treat or prevent many smoking–related chronic illnesses.
