What is your care philosophy?: As a board-certified Family Physician and Addiction Medicine specialist, I provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan—from newborns to older adults. My clinical interests include preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health, prenatal care, pediatrics, addiction medicine, and behavioral health, allowing me to care for individuals and families through many stages of life. As a mother of four, I understand the joys, challenges, and competing demands that patients and families face every day. This perspective has strengthened my commitment to listening, building trust, and partnering with patients and their loved ones throughout their healthcare journey. I believe the best outcomes come from collaborative relationships where patients feel informed, empowered, and actively involved in decisions about their care. My approach is grounded in evidence-based, whole-person care that recognizes the connection between physical, emotional, social, and behavioral health. I focus on helping patients make practical, sustainable changes, breaking larger health goals into small, achievable steps that fit into real life. I am committed to health education, helping patients understand their health and make informed choices. I am passionate about improving access to care and serving diverse and underserved communities through compassionate, culturally responsive care that meets patients where they are and supports them in achieving their health goals.
