Chicago Family Health Center (CFHC) Pullman is our second largest site, located 570 E. 115th Street. This beautiful state-of-the-art clinic features the latest in technology and equipment to offer you the highest quality healthcare we can provide.
We offer primary medical care for children and adults, as well as dental care, prenatal care and women’s health services, OB/GYN, behavioral health services, vaccines and flu shots, HIVand STI testing and treatment.
In addition to outstanding healthcare services, we offer support services for the whole family including care coordination, and assistance with insurance and Medicaid benefits. Our translation services can assist you in a variety of languages, offering the high-quality healthcare you want and deserve.
Clinic Hours
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday & Thursday – 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday – 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
