Melissa Duplantis joined CFHC in July 2015 as the Director of Behavioral Health and eventually became Chief Behavioral Health Officer for the organization. In this role, Dr. Duplantis is developing the service line and infrastructure for integrated primary care-behavioral health services at CFHC. As part of this process, she is responsible for developing combined care protocols and procedures to meet the behavioral health needs of all CFHC patients. In addition, Dr. Duplantis supervises the functions of all behavioral health therapists across five health center sites and serves half-time as a behavioral health provider herself. Prior to coming to CFHC, Dr. Duplantis was the Director of Integrated Care Services at Pillars. In this position, she oversaw two integrated care programs that provided comprehensive health service to underserved communities.
