HEALTH FAIR: Connecting and Caring for our Future!

CFHC hosts a Health Fair every August. This event, Connecting and Caring for our Future, features free screenings, vaccinations, and physicals for children and youth, with family-friendly activities, giveaways, raffles, games, food trucks, and free school supplies.

In-Kind Donations & Benefits

Donations of goods and services are an important component of making our Health Fair event successful and our children and youth really need the support. All in-kind donations will be acknowledged during the program, in promotional materials on social media platforms, websites and newsletters. All donated raffle items will also be recognized.
