What is Health Equity?

Health equity means that everyone has the opportunity to attain their highest level of health. Unfortunately, not all individuals and communities have the same access to essential healthcare services. We believe that health should not be determined by one’s income, race, or geographic location.

How Can You Help on Giving Tuesday?

• Donate: On November 28th, or at any time throughout the year.
• Spread the Word: Share our Giving Tuesday posts and our donate page on social media, encouraging your friends and family to join the movement for health equity.
• Stories of Impact: Let us know why you choose to support our work. Whether you are a long- or first-time supporter, share with us why the CFHC mission inspired you to give. We will share your thoughts to motivate others to follow your lead. Your story can remain anonymous if you choose.
