Conditions Most Treated: As a Women’s Health/OB-GYN Nurse Practitioner, I most commonly diagnose and manage reproductive and gynecologic health conditions, including contraception needs, prenatal and postpartum care, abnormal uterine bleeding, menstrual disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), menopause symptoms, vaginal infections, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and urinary tract infections (UTIs). I also provide preventive care through annual well-woman exams, cervical cancer screening, breast health assessments, preconception counseling, and infertility evaluations. Additionally, I address common concerns such as pelvic pain, endometriosis, fibroids perinatal mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and postpartum mood disorders.
Services & Procedures Provided: As a Women’s Health/OB-GYN Nurse Practitioner, I provide comprehensive preventive, reproductive, and gynecologic healthcare services. These include annual well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling and management, prenatal and postpartum care, cervical cancer screening (Pap tests), sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing and treatment, breast health assessments, menopause management, infertility evaluations, and preconception counseling. Common procedures include pelvic and breast examinations, Pap smears, contraceptive device insertion and removal ( i.e. Nexplanon insertions and removals, IUD removals), and pregnancy testing, and office-based gynecologic screenings and diagnostic evaluations.

Care philosophy: My care philosophy is centered on providing compassionate, patient-centered, and equitable healthcare for all women, regardless of their social, economic, or cultural background. I believe every patient deserves to be heard, respected, and empowered to make informed decisions about their health. I am particularly passionate about reducing Black maternal health disparities by advocating for culturally responsive care, addressing barriers to access, and promoting positive maternal outcomes. My goal is to create a supportive healthcare environment where all individuals receive high-quality, evidence-based care and have the resources they need to achieve their best health and well-being.
