Kevin McGhee’s professional journey spans more than 15 years in the nonprofit sector, and he brings the CFHC Board of Directors a wealth of knowledge in data analysis, strategic planning, leadership, and change management. Kevin joined the CFHC Board of Directors in 2023, driven by a passion for advancing equity and access to care. “I really appreciate how Chicago Family Health Center aligns with my commitment to fostering inclusive environments and expanding access to essential resources across the Chicagoland area,” he says.
He has a deep commitment to community wellness and often serves as moderator and speaker at many CFHC community and patient engagement events sharing insights on various health panels.
Beyond his board service and leadership at Marillac St. Vincent, Kevin is also a Certified Life Coach. His holistic approach to coaching combines leadership development, strategic program design, and a focus on nurturing environments where people can grow—both personally and professionally.
