More Info

Through the Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (IBCCP), CFHC offers breast and cervical cancer screenings for women who live in Illinois and are uninsured or underinsured. The program aims at detecting breast and cervical cancer early so that women can receive the best treatment options. IBCCP offers free:

  • Mammograms
  • Breast exams
  • Pelvic exams
  • Clinical breast exams
  • Pap tests
  • Health education

Even if a woman has already been diagnosed with cancer, she may still be able to receive assistance if she qualifies. Men may also be eligible for breast health screenings. Women who are newly insured and need to access breast health screenings can enroll in the Clinical Navigation Insured (CNI) program. For questions or to enroll in IBCCP call 773 364-2359.
