Lyleth Rodriguez is the president of a local food pantry on the South Side of Chicago. She has been an active member of her community for many years and served as a foster parent to many. She joined the CFHC Board of Directors in 1983.
“I helped families start over again and know what it’s like to care for people with physical and emotional problems,” she said. “CFHC meets the healthcare needs in the community through health and support programs.”
As a Board member, I’m excited to be part of the change that brings community leaders together to improve health outcomes on Chicago’s South Side.
With more than 15 years of experience with FQHCs and nonprofits, I hope to employ my skills as an effective communicator with a fervent commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Through my work on this Board, I seek to enable positive health outcomes for our patients in whatever capacity I serve.
