He is a seasoned financial executive recognized for leading organizational turnarounds, driving sustainable growth, and advancing access and equity in mission-driven environments.

Throughout his career, Dr. Williams has overseen complex, multi-site healthcare operations with revenues exceeding $50 million, strengthened financial performance through disciplined cost controls and analytics, and significantly improved organizational liquidity and cash reserves. His leadership has resulted in measurable gains in operational efficiency, revenue growth, clinical quality outcomes, and workforce stability.

Dr. Williams brings deep expertise in financial strategy, governance, grant and compliance oversight, revenue cycle optimization, and enterprise performance management. He has served as a trusted advisor to boards and executive teams, supporting strategic growth initiatives, service-line expansion, and technology transformation, including EMR and financial system implementations that improved reimbursement and operational efficiency. As CFO, Dr. Williams will lead the organization’s financial strategy, ensure fiscal sustainability while supporting the execution of our strategic initiatives and continued investment in high-quality, community-focused care.
