
Lisa LoBianco joined CFHC in mid-2022 as Director of Operations and transitioned into the Chief Operating Officer later that year. She has an expansive career in public health that spans more than 15 years. Lisa plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. With oversight of daily operations across multiple sites, Lisa leads efforts to improve efficiency, strengthen clinical workflows, and enhance the patient experience. She collaborates closely with executive leadership, clinical teams, and community partners to align operations with the organization’s mission of providing accessible, equitable health services.
Prior to joining CFHC, Lisa served as Ambulatory Clinic Manager at Cook County Health, Director of Health Center Operations at Erie Family Health Center in Evanston, IL, Operations Manager at Lawndale Christian Health Center in Chicago, and Program Supervisor at Illinois Action for Children also in Chicago.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Roosevelt University and is a graduate of several esteemed leadership programs: the Executive Fellowship for Community Health Centers at the University of Kansas (2022), the Safety Net Collaborative Leadership Institute Fellowship (2023), and the UCLA/Johnson & Johnson Health Care Executive Program (2025).
Sherry Pace has served as Chief Executive Officer at Chicago Family Health Center since 2022. She manages an annual operating budget of $30 million and oversees more than 250 clinical, administrative and support staff across six health center sites.
Dr. Jared Williams joins Chicago Family Health Center with more than 15 years of executive leadership experience across federally qualified health centers, nonprofit organizations, and healthcare consulting.
Chidinma Osineme, MD, FAAFP, joined CFHC in 2024 as Chief Medical Officer. In this role, Dr. Osineme oversees clinical operations and more than 25 medical providers while providing strategic guidance and collaborative support to advance our mission.
