
Sherry Pace has served as Chief Executive Officer at Chicago Family Health Center since 2022. She manages an annual operating budget of $30 million and oversees more than 250 clinical, administrative and support staff across six health center sites.
Previously, Sherry was the Chief Operating Officer at CFHC and prior to joining the organization she served in numerous senior leadership roles during her more than 30-year career in healthcare, including Chief Operating Officer at Hamilton Community Health Network, Inc. an FQHC in Flint, Michigan. Additionally, she was the Administrator for the Divisions of Internal Medicine & Endocrinology at the University Hospitals of Cleveland. Sherry received her undergraduate degree in Health Administration from Ohio University and an MBA from Eastern Michigan University.
Chidinma Osineme, MD, FAAFP, joined CFHC in 2024 as Chief Medical Officer. In this role, Dr. Osineme oversees clinical operations and more than 25 medical providers while providing strategic guidance and collaborative support to advance our mission.
Dr. Duplantis, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with expertise in Executive Leadership and Health Psychology, has a strong track record of developing strategic, evidence-based programs that address mental health and substance use needs in vulnerable populations.
Latasha Kelley joined CFHC in 2022, bringing over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Healthcare Administration. She leads the HR strategy, overseeing key areas such as workforce development, talent management, and employee relations with a people-centered approach.
