Dr. Duplantis joined the CFHC in 2015 and used her expertise in administration and Integrated Care to develop the first integrated behavioral health service line at CFHC. Since then, CFHC has grown its behavioral health service line from 1.5 full-time employees to 20 positions of varying levels of education and specialty and diversified and expanded services to focus on population health, special populations including internal psychiatry for severe mental illness, substance use disorders, trauma-informed care and Medication Assisted Recovery.
As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with expertise in Executive Leadership and Health Psychology, Dr. Duplantis brings a wealth of experience and proven success in strategic development of programs to address mental health and substance use needs of vulnerable populations with purpose and meaning, informed by evidence-based practice. Dr. Duplantis is seen as an expert in the field of behavioral health, bringing 18 years of experience in medical settings including Joint Commission Compliance and Quality Improvement, 14 years of FQHC experience including UDS and HRSA/PCMH compliance, and 12 years of demonstrated excellence in Executive Leadership positions.
Sherry Pace has served as Chief Executive Officer at Chicago Family Health Center since 2022. She manages an annual operating budget of $30 million and oversees more than 250 clinical, administrative and support staff across six health center sites.
Roy Carlton joined CFHC in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Roy heads various financial functions within the organization such as revenue cycle, treasury, audit, grants management, accounting, budget, financial planning, internal controls, and analytical functions.
Chidinma Osineme, MD, FAAFP, joined CFHC in 2024 as Chief Medical Officer. In this role, Dr. Osineme oversees clinical operations and more than 25 medical providers while providing strategic guidance and collaborative support to advance our mission.
